ONLINE REGISTRATION

Dinner :

• If you want to attend to the dinner, you should choose the option « dinner » but you will pay on site.
• Accompanying persons will not be able to register for the Conference dinner online. They will pay on site, but must first send an email to Stéphanie Desous (larp7conference@gmail.com) for booking.

Prices :

• Early registration  (until July 15th)

• • Scientists-Post-Doc : 150 €
  • Students : 100 €

• Late registration (from July 16th)

  • Scientists-Post-Doc : 250 €
  • Students : 200 €

• Dinner : 40 €

Registration (for the conference and as an option the Conference dinner) will proceed in two steps.

• Step 1: Pre-Registration

1)       Go to http://dr12.azur-colloque.cnrs.fr/

2)       Select your language (either English or French)

3)      Select the LARP7 conference

4)       Fill in the proposed form

5)       Subscribe as "Scientists-Post-Doc" or "Student" with or without dinner depending on your wish.

6)      Wait until your pre-registration is validated by our services              

                             (Please note that validation of your pre-registration may take a few minutes or several days, depending on when you register (faster on open week days). When your pre-registration is validated, you receive a confirmation email indicating the link to the CNRS web site for confirmation of your registration and payment by credit card. You then go to Step 2.)

• Step 2: Confirmation of Registration (Only when your pre-registration is validated)

1)       This is an important step, since it ensures that your are registered and that we have your complete information including your food preferences (vegetarian or not)... 

2)       Please proceed by clicking on the link indicated in your pre-registration confirmation email and fill in the different sections.

3)       You will be asked to enter your credit card information. When the procedure is complete, you will receive confirmation of payment and registration.

Cancellation of Congress Participation

If you need to cancel your conference participation, please notify the conference committee by writing an email to larp7conference@gmail.com. For cancellations received before August 1st, 2014, the registration fees will be refunded minus a 20% handling fee for administrative costs.

No refund can be made for cancellations received after August 15, 2014.
