Poster boards are landscape format: 200 cm wide x 100 cm high (79 inches x 39 inches).

Oral presentations

Oral presenters will have 20 minutes to present, followed by 10 minutes of question and answer.
 
Each speaker must upload their presentation (USB key) in the conference room before the beginning of the session. We recommend that speakers test their presentation, sounds, and videos well before the
session starts.
